their activities in Architecture and
Urbanization fields from 1990,s with the
name of "Mohseni & Associates
Consultants Engineers" and changed the
name to "NAGHSHAN" in 2004.
N.C.E group designed and executed many
projects in recent years and also has
won some competition. Members of N.C.E
also have academic backgrounds.
